#UWCL: Glasgow City FC v Somatio Barcelona FA

Glasgow City’s 2-0 away win in Cyprus a fortnight ago proved enough as City lost 1-0 to Barcelona Somatio this evening at Petershill Park but progress to the last 16 on a 2-1 aggregate win.

The draw for the last 16 takes place on Monday. City are unseeded and so will face one of the big 8 teams of Europe from an impressive list which includes current holders and five time Champions League winners Lyon, Spanish giants Barcelona, Paris Saint Germain, Brondby, Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Wolfsburg and top Swedish outfit Rosengard.

Glasgow City are back in action on Sunday for their second successive match live on BBC Alba as they host Celtic at Petershill Park, 4.10pm in the Scottish Building Society SWPL. City currently sit joint top of the League with Hibs, with only 3 games remaining.
