Hayley Lauder opening the scoring with a fine curling shot into the top corner and a Clare Shine double gave City a 3-0 lead at the break.
Megan Foley made it 4-0 after the interval in what was a comfortable win for Glasgow City in the end.
City will face Rangers, Hibs or Spartans in the semi-final with the draw taking place this week.
