What is PowerPundits?

PowerPundits gives six grassroots girls’ footballers the opportunity to meet an SWPL star face-to-face.

If you’re aged 8–12, live in Scotland, and play for an SWF-affiliated club, this is your chance to:

Step into the role of interviewer and put an SWPL hero on the spot
Feature in professionally filmed content shared across ScottishPower, SWPL, and SWF channels
Become part of a football experience you’ll remember forever

It’s free, easy, and available to enter until Friday 23 October 2026. You will need to get permission from your parent/guardian and get their help to fill in the official entry form below…

Want to stand out? Be creative and ask something unexpected, like “If you could play football as any animal, which would you choose and why?”

Let your love and passion for football shine through!

Ask something that will make a football star laugh or share a great story.

What Happens Next?

Once the competition closes, our judging panel will review all entries and select ten standout entrants to progress to the next stage. If you’re shortlisted, we’ll ask you to send us a short video so we can see your personality, passion for football, and PowerPundit potential in action. From there, the judging panel will choose six overall winners, who will be contacted directly and invited to take part in this exciting experience.

Film a Q&A session with an SWPL star during the season 2026/2027
Feature in branded social content seen by thousands of fans

Entries open: Tuesday 15 September 2026 at 9am
Entries close: Friday 23 October 2026 at 9am
Winners announced: Friday 27 November 2026
Filming takes place during the 2026/27 SWPL season and winners will be contacted to arrange filming dates.
