A draw was about right today in what is always a fiercely contested local derby.

Chances came and went for both teams in the first half with Dryden in the Forfar goal impressive in denying three 1v1s whilst some poor decision making cost Forfar at the other end.

HT 0-0

Tayside scored the 1st goal as the ball bounced around the box with an hour played before adding a second goal not long after. Injuries took their toll and 3 subs were introduced, dictating a three at the back formation as Forfar went searching for goals.

With 20 mins left Kilcoyne burst through from midfield before slotting into bottom left corner from 18 yards.

The game was still end to end as chances were missed by both teams before Dunn beat two players before being brought down 35 yards.

As the clock reached 93 minutes Kilcoyne fired the ball into the back post where Milne bulleted in from five yards to secure what was a deserved point.

Although only three games into the 1st Div campaign, the team sit in second position and welcome Falkirk Ladies FC to Station Park next Sunday.
