New Club Application

Application to be completed by club secretary.

Please complete & submit the form below via the SFA portal.

Registration as a Scottish FA club does not constitute approval to deliver or participate in football activities (including training & matches).

Once registered, the individual team(s) within the club must join the relevant Affiliated National Association (ANA), i.e. SAFA, SWF, SYFA, SPFA, SWFA, SJFA.

Only once fully approved by an ANA is a team eligible to deliver & participate in football activity.
