Glasgow City tonight defeated Hamilton Accies 5-0 away from home thanks to goals from Abbi Grant, Hayley Lauder, Leanne Crichton, Megan Foley and Carly Girasoli.

Commenting, Head Coach Scott Booth said, “It took us a while to get going, but it is pleasing to take three points. We created some great chances that we didn’t take as well as scoring five goals without reply. Overall we are happy and look forward to another tough match on Sunday.”
City are away to Forfar at Station Park on Sunday for the last Scottish Building Society SWPL match before the short summer break, when City will then return for Champions League action in August as well as the second half of the SWPL.
