Vignal praised his sides reaction in the second half has they won all three points at Ochilview which saw them move up to fourth in SWPL 1.
He said: “It was a good win but I am not happy with the first half of course, because we didn’t play well and we didn’t respect the game plan but I said to the girls you need to adapt yourself and this is something to accept week in and week out.
“In the second half we played much better we respected the game plan and we scored good goals.
“I said at half time you need to show your character and be strong mentally because this is something we need and after half time it was much better and they understood the message.
“I am always honest and I always say the truth to my players so I say the good and bad things and just changed a couple of things and it worked.”
Lisa Martinez and Daina Bourma netted their first goals since joining the club, while 15-year-old Rosie Mcquillan also got on the score sheet.
Vignal added: “It is good for Lisa, it is a good header she attacked the ball really well and it was a good delivery from Gemmell and d I am pleased for Daina as well because she scored her first goal and showed good composure in front of goal. I am really pleased with all the goal.
“I have played Rosie now for the last three or four weeks and she played during the pre-season as well.
“I am really pleased with Rosie because I think she has got something, she is really young she is only 15-years-old but she is listening and she is working really hard.
“This is the message for the academy because that shows that if you are good enough you can play for the first team and I think Rosie did really well, of course she is young she needs to understand the high level but it will come week by week.”
Vignal hopes his side can continue to pick up points heading into the last few months of the season.
He said: “That’s what I said to the girls before the game as well this is one of the targets and the semi-final as well will be a big target but if we can win games week in and week out until the end of the season then that would be perfect.
“Today is three points it was a really important three points and we showed character so I am really pleased.
