Kevin, who holds a UEFA Pro Licence, joins Hearts with a wealth of experience in the girls and women’s game. Past roles include Head Coach of Rangers Women, Head of Rangers Girls Academy and Assistant Coach for the Scotland National Team at U17 and U19 level.

Since joining Man City, he saw the operation go from strength to strength. Under his leadership an academy structure was created which led to the club winning their first ever FA Cup at U16s and the Development team winning the double for the first time in the club’s history. Kevin has also seen several academy players graduate to the senior side who now feature regularly for the Women’s Super League side.

Kevin joins Hearts at a hugely exciting time, given the club’s intention to invest significantly in women and girls’ football in 2019 and beyond.

Kevin will take up his post on 21st January.
