Channel 4 will show ALL the England and Scotland games at next year’s Women’s Euro tournament.

Good news, football fans – Channel 4 will be airing ALL of the England and Scotland games at next year’s UEFA Women’s Euro tournament in Holland.

England and Scotland will be playing each other in their opening match on July 19, and the match will of course be shown live on Channel 4.

They will also both be facing Spain and Portugal in Group D, with the winner and runner up then going through to the knockout stages.

“With Scotland there for the first time and England’s Lionesses at the top of their game, I believe this tournament is going to be one of the sporting highlights of the summer.

“There are 16 teams playing in the UEFA Women’s Euro tournament, with Scotland currently ranking at number 11 and England’s Lionesses in third place.

Germany are at the top spot, followed by France in second place.

If England and Scotland make it through the group stage they could possibly meet again, but only in the final – which airs live on Channel 4 on August 6.England are among the favourites to win the tournament having reached the semi-finals of last year’s FIFA World Cup in Canada.

There will also be live coverage of at least one semi-final on August 3 and full details of all the matches to be broadcast live will be revealed nearer to the tournament.

The Women’s Euros kicks off with host nation the Netherlands taking on Norway on July 16, 2017.
